1.1 We are the private limited company Alpha Design Projects B.V., located at Veilingweg 14, 3981 PC in Bunnik, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 59491000. You can come to us for the design and (total) furnishing of projects, ships, and offices, as well as the import of fabrics, lighting, furniture, floor coverings, and curtains, along with advisory services in the aforementioned areas.
1.2 In the context of our activities, we may process personal data related to you. In this statement, we explain, among other things, which personal data we collect and use, why we do so, and what your rights are. This privacy statement applies to all of our processing activities.

A. Contact Information
When you get in touch with us, we may process the following data about you:

The purpose of this processing is to provide you with information about our services or products. We process your data in this case to perform our agreements with you or to make the necessary preparations for it, and for the sake of our legitimate business interests.
B. Order Information
If you are a customer of ours, we may process the following data about you:

Payment information and any other personal data you voluntarily provide to us
The purpose of this processing is to provide services or products to you, send and collect invoices, maintain our administration, and send you commercial communications. We process your data in this case to perform our agreements with you or to make the necessary preparations for it, as we are legally obligated to do so, and for the sake of our legitimate business interests.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
3.1 We will share your personal data with third parties as little as possible. For the purpose of our business operations, we make use of the services of third parties. In some cases, we will provide your personal data to these parties. However, we will never provide more data to these third parties than they need to fulfill our tasks.
